​All sessions are virtual via the use of a secure client portal.

All fees will be assessed 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

The fee schedules is as follows:

• Initial (first visit) individual therapy session (60 mins) - $200 

• Ongoing Individual therapy sessions (60 mins) - $150 

• Family/Couples therapy sessions (60 mins) - $200 

• Solutions-Focused Brief therapy sessions (30 mins) - $80 

• Individual Life Coaching (60 min) - $150

  • Each life coaching session is tailored to meet the client's specific needs and does NOT focus on a mental health diagnosis.

• Private entity mental health consultations - $300/hr

• Paperwork pertaining to a work-related leave (LOA, STD, FMLA) - $150/hour

  • One hour minimum and will only be considered after 5+ consistent sessions.

• Court virtual or in-person appearance/ legal documentation preparation - $300/hr.

  • All associated legal fees are the client's responsibility.

NOTE: An Approved EAP referral is required PRIOR to securing an appointment.​

All fees are assessed and paid in full 24-hours prior to the service. Current payment options include: 

• Active Credit and Debit Cards

• Health Spending Account or Flexible Savings Account (HSA or FSA)

  • Note: The client is responsible for confirming HSA/FSA benefit & amount PRIOR to the appointment

• Direct insurance billing is NOT accepted at this time. 

 

Active credit cards are required upon registration. An unkept (i.e. no-show or canceled)  appointment within 24-hours will incur a fee as scheduled (i.e. Initial Assessment = $175, Ongoing = $150, Brief = $80, etc.)
